We believe the web should be accessible to all people, no matter their hardware, software, language, location, or ability.
We are working continuously to improve the accessibility of our website and hold ourselves to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.

What We Support
Visual Accessibility
We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body text to ensure readability for users with low vision. Font sizes are relative and can be increased using browser controls without loss of content or functionality.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements — buttons, links, forms, and menus — are fully operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are clearly visible throughout the site. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence.
Screen Reader Support
We use semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA landmarks to ensure compatibility with screen readers. Images have descriptive alt text. Form fields are properly labelled and error messages are announced.
Pointer & Touch
All clickable targets are at least 44×44px per WCAG 2.1 guidelines. We do not rely solely on hover effects for important functionality. Touch gestures are supported with alternatives available.
Responsive Design
Our site adapts to all screen sizes from mobile to desktop without horizontal scrolling. Content reflows properly when zoomed up to 200%. We do not use fixed-size containers that clip content.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party embedded content (e.g., payment processors, map embeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1. We are working with our vendors to address these gaps.
